About the Project

Nestled in the heart of GRA, Benin City, the Oasis Guest House was conceived as a modern contemporary hospitality retreat designed for comfort, style, and functionality. With 12 en-suite guest rooms, the project strikes a balance between simplicity and sophistication, catering to business travellers, weekend visitors, and short-term guests seeking a serene escape.

From concept to completion, Rivage Studios Limited handled the full construction, architecture, and interior design, ensuring that every detail reinforced the guest house’s identity as a sanctuary in the city. Minimalist detailing, soft ambient lighting, and custom furnishings create rooms that feel both calming and luxurious. In the reception and lobby, clean lines meet curated art, setting a refined tone from the moment guests arrive. Outdoors, the lounge area combines locally inspired finishes with contemporary comfort, encouraging relaxation and social connection.

This project demonstrates how thoughtful guest house design in Nigeria can merge hospitality, sustainability, and elegance delivering a boutique stay experience that resonates with today’s modern traveller.
