About the Project
In the quiet, tree-lined streets of Maitama, Abuja, stood a duplex that carried the weight of tradition but longed for a new life. Our mission was to transform it into a modern executive retreat, a home where elegance meets functionality.
The renovation went beyond surface finishes. We reconfigured the structure to create openness and flow, ushering in natural light that now fills every corner. Spa inspired bathrooms, a sleek contemporary kitchen, and carefully layered detailing brought the property in tune with high-end urban living.
Every detail was purposeful: locally sourced materials balanced with imported fittings, custom cabinetry, and statement furniture pieces. The result is not just a home upgraded, but a home reborn, one that embodies both the sophistication of its Maitama setting and the comfort of modern luxury.
