About the Project
High above the bustle of Lekki Phase 1, this penthouse began as an unpolished shell, a raw space with promise but little personality. Our client envisioned more than just an apartment; they wanted a refined retreat, a private sanctuary with cinematic views of Lagos.
The challenge was to craft interiors that complemented the panoramic skyline without overwhelming it. We introduced warmth through rich wood accents and layered textures, balancing minimal architecture with curated luxury. Bespoke lighting softened each room, while imported furniture and tailored cabinetry elevated the functionality and flow.
A dedicated cinema room, acoustically engineered with soundproof insulation, became a hidden escape within the home. Every detail from art led styling to seamless storage solutions was chosen to create harmony between sophistication and comfort.
What was once an empty penthouse is now a haven of elegance, designed for both quiet evenings and vibrant gatherings, standing as a reflection of modern Lagos living at its finest.
